Sugar Free Icecream

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Start by freezing the sliced bananas and strawberries. It’s best to freeze them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Once the fruit is frozen, place the bananas, strawberries, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender or food processor as needed.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to help it blend.
  5. Once the mixture is smooth, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  6. When ready to serve, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before scooping.
  7. Serve the sugar-free ice cream in bowls or cones and enjoy!

This sugar-free ice cream is naturally sweetened by the ripe bananas and strawberries, making it a healthier alternative to traditional ice cream. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to make and customizable – feel free to add your favorite toppings or mix-ins for extra flavor!
